The global refugee crisis has reached epic proportions. But the international community has fallen short in creating an immediate, sustainable, and just response to accommodate millions of forcibly displaced people around the world.

To tackle this global phenomenon we need to understand historical and contemporary dynamics that contribute to the wars, political and economic instability, and increasing natural disasters related to climate change that force millions of people to move.

This event has emerged from a report from the Haas Institute, Moving Targets: An Analysis of Forced Global Migration

Join the conversation!
