Creative ways to support NNIRR...
We rely on grassroots support to carry out our work for human rights and social justice, and that support takes on many different forms. Our members and friends have found lots of avenues to support NNIRR’s work for human rights!
Consider giving to NNIRR directly. If you choose to donate directly, consider becoming a monthly or quarterly sustainer. Giving as a sustainer spreads your donation throughout the year, and contributes to a steady income stream for NNIRR.
Here are some additional ways you can
contribute to our work:
Create a Facebook Fundraiser for NNIRR
You can do this for your Birthday or for any occasion! This is a great way to share your commitment to human rights with your family and friends.
Post a fundraiser on Instagram
To create a personal fundraiser on Instagram, edit your profile, then tap “add fundraiser,” and select “raise money‘. You’ll need to categorize the fundraiser, add other information and a photo, and provide payment details through Stripe. When you’re finished, tap Send to submit your fundraiser for review.
You can also send your followers to NNIRR’s Instagram: @nnirrnetwork and direct them to the link in our bio to donate directly.
Consider signing up for a workplace giving program. Ask your employer if they offer any of these or other employee giving programs:
Community Health Charities (public service and health care workers)
Donate through purchases made on Amazon or E-bay
- Amazon Smile: if you shop through Amazon, a percentage of your purchase can go to NNIRR. Click on the link and then you can start shopping. You can bookmark the link so that this is where you go when you open Amazon.
- E-Bay for Charity:
- list items to sell and identify NNIRR as a recipient of a % donation from the sale
- purchase from our E-bay merchants who have identified NNIRR as a recipient
We have had a little help from our creative friends over the years… musicians, authors, artists, actors, and Michelin-star restaurants!
